Hi mate, it has been ranging between about $4.30 and $4.80. I traded it twice between those prices. Would have bought again yesterday but something else was value.
Covid and vaccines. REIT has been up and down with the progress of outbreaks, vaccines and lockdowns. I think that is why it has not gone to $5 or at least why it keeps ranging. I would expect it to do really well post covid- whenever that is.
