Old mate has his 40k to 100k buying spread again but now the 40k buy is at $4.16 etc. A canny well heeled punter who expects the SP to fall a bit? Some, market marker strategy? I am only a battling pensioner but I do find the big end of town fascinating.
I bought back in yesterday- more restraint than last time- so I have room to average down if required- but enough to make a dollar if it uptrends again.
Interesting times for the sector- costs and availability of materials and labour are issues- lower expected migration going forward from a very low base.
But this is Australia and we do housing booms- the Constitution enshrines higher house prices for home owners and boomers vote.
Should be interesting going forward.
