    Thinking, 2018 there was a housing 'overhang' from over investment in property earlier in the decade. They were predicting a better balance of suppy and demand kicking in from about 2020/2021 or so. 2019 was bullish. Then...

    We have no idea when the current slide bottoms and reverses. One day we will remember the value of migration etc- hopefully that will not take too lohg.

    Do we go further back into the archives and dust off the file marked 'inflation'? I seem to remember that back in the day the reasoning was that debt was taken on to invest in appreciating assets like property and that inflation took care of the debt- that reasoning worked well for a long time until it didn't anymore...

    I intend buying more here- but there are so many other sound companies to invest in as well- no need to take risks on dog companies. $3,40 could be good for SGP but if a big 4 bank goes under $20?
