Agree. Big fan of the way Stockland is run, in particular the focus on a greater weighting in industrial, tapering off some of their retail holdings. Their large exposure in prime industrial assets is a hedge against downturns in other property classes in my opinion. I see the demand for these assets directly through my work and it's still of the charts, I don't see a reason for this to change for the foreseeable future.
