Well I’m out, rallied very hard and the book value discount closed out. A great return getting in the low $3s not so long ago plus the distribution. I was only attracted to the huge discount to NTA which existed a couple of months ago (knowing yes write downs would likely occur).
Goodluck all. I’ll buy REITS again if the same discount comes anround again.
