One thing I have learnt over the years with BTR, is that you MUST have patience and trust. A measure of time for BTR is months to years! I used to go thru the data and understand to daily weekly grind of BTRs SP and nearly drive myself insane trying to rationalise what was happening, I have finally relaxed and realised time required is measured in months/years not days/weeks. Every time the SP rose I thought oh goodie, but was I going to sell? NO. Then when the SP fell south and I felt beat up, but did I want to sell? NO. So I have asked myself the question, why worry about the daily grind as I have trust in BTR and its board. As a true long term investor and with the attached SP chart, it is truly a measure of time that will reward an investor. Clearly the start of 2012 was a defining year and each time there is a dip, it only presents a further opportunity to acquire more BTR shares. The narrowing in volume will give rise eventually over TIME.
