I topped up again at 21.5 thinking I had probably done the wrong thing again but I just can't for the life of me see too much more downside in this one.

ING themselves have been buying up at these levels.

I can see this easily bouncing back into the 30's in the next week or so.

Patience is a virtue and is sorely tested.
