good post redwheels.Interesting to note that its roundabout 7 to 8 years before real estate doubles in price-give or take.Some shareholders expect the same thing in a 6 month period.Brilliant when it happens-but how often does it?Yes,yes it happens all the time I know but as red wheels stated you need to put the hard earned on it--not just--I WANTED TOO.I have been in exco for 6yrs and it has just done that now.Good or Bad investment?You decide.I'm a long term investor.The smart money is on this one and nothing that has happened so far has changed my mind.
