My personal situation and opinion is that the Company should wait until Woodside pays the USD55M; and then liquidation.
What's the rush?
Discounting by 20% (or whatever) is so much more than the cost of maintaining the company's listing for three years or so.
I can't see any reason other than shareholder impatience for what is written otherwise on this forum.
