What is the definition of early July? I would say it should be up to 7th of July but could also be interpreted to be anything up to 15 July, possible pushing it to include the 16th, but anything after the 16th could be seen as a broken promise. So … 11 more days at most. Don’t think the idea of under promise and over deliver is fashionable for this mob. I’d just be happy with deliver.
