NST just announced $1.5b super pit mill expansion - and they need a camp to do it. that's the kiss of death for any other start up thinking of using residential work force or commuting workers. POS at the very least will need their own camp, with all the mod cons just to attract a workforce - but in a skill shortage where are they going to be sourced from?
mate - it's going to be a struggle imo - pulling the trigger on BS is going to be delayed indefinitely.
