the CEO stated 90% of the BS workforce will be DIDO from kalgoorlie on 9to5 mon to sat shifts.
The other 10% will be night crews for the mill and open pit
no night time UG mining looks like

10% or so of the day shifts will likely work the UG HG mines at SS GS ST but that mix is slated at 1-10 atm so not much added from there to the mills and its mostly the open pit dozing to mill which will be the hard yakka stuff.

this will be family friendly, very safe and very attractive.
Also it will be HISTORIC as BS reopens and builds into a SUPER NICKEL PIT & refinery/HPAL plant centre for the whole region that will no doubt peeve the oligopoly of BHP IGO AFAF

There will be a FLOOD of workers wanting to work here in safe open pit sunshine and not in the deep UG gold mines or dirty dusty IO mines.

this will attract a large interest in the entire area.
and we have a 36 crew current going to perhaps 100 or so to start
at a whopping revenue of $275Mpa at 8600Tpa being DOUBLE that of PAN & MCR.

Most of the MILL refurb and open pit refurbs have been DONE ALREADY imho IN SECRET.
Then once market realises its legit, the moonshot,
