As far as I'm concerned this project is a go. How can it not be? I dont think it can be understated how important Posco is as a partner. They want Mahenge graphite above all others. All the fines from module 1 are (almost) sold, with a big prepayment. The course flakes are in even higher demand and fetch a much higher price. I think the only holdup as far as finance is concerned is the Gov of Tanzania, but with the new president saying all the right things, hopefully they get organised and finalise the FCI. Then I think the banks will be ready to sign on. Strap in for the ride.
