There was a discussion in an earlier thread regarding a class action law suit. I'm not sure who was organising it but perhaps worth looking into this.

I am in the same boat although with a small holding. If I was looking at selling i'd probably wait for any liquidity and sell into a bid.

IMO a cap raise is imminent, once they are out of cash and debt facility exhausted, they will need to raise and without delivering any deals (so far) they will be hard pressed to raise at anything over 1 or 2 cents.

Just FYI the above is all IMO and I am just starting as an investor so don't put any weight to my thoughts
