He would also be aware of the relationship that AOC and RRS have had with local clans and the goverment and the progress that has been made under trying curcumstances.Also tha basis of his election campain was to establish economic and security stability in the region and the only way to establish that is to have a strong cash flow hence AOC are ready to drill and it may be a condition that it is sooner than later so he can forfill his commitment.
