I posted some time ago that RM said at the Brisbane EGM that he could/should/may be able to/ would be in a position (it may have been more definitive than this) to contact the courts the courts if there is no decision by February.

I took some notes of the meeting ...I can look them up if anyone is really that interested. ...but I sense the futility of trying to push the courts anyway -won't change anything and will only serve to annoy the powers that be.

I also recall that Fuzz posted research that he had conducted showing that only one other COA case had gone into a new year before a decision ...from memory the decision was announced in April.

April is only a month away now, so won't make any difference to me -might to others. In fact, if the price of nickel has risen by then, could be even better news.
