re: selling rather than buying happening!! charry - I think you've nailed it. The stock is moving hands from the impatient old holders to the new young bulls.
All augers well for NEO, as all the old holders will fly back on as soon as the news becomes confirmed as quick, commercial and positive.
I see it going in stages, similar to NDO. We'll have a mad rush to push it up past the 10c, (that's the yes - we've got good oil as well as good gas ann) then it'll yo-yo around the low teens for a while until more detail is established.
