To buy the rest of the Lichkvaz Gold Project they used:
- $US1 Million Cash.
- 5 Million shares (12 month escrow) + an additional 2.5 Million shares if the SP falls below $0.50 for 30 consecutive days during the escrow period.
- 2.5% net smelter royalty
