I think we have a right to some negativity on two counts.
Lynas was saying that first feed to the kiln would happen in the Sep qtr 2011, then in Dec 2011, but now we might get it June 2012. No real reason announced for the long delay. Secondly, even though the Malaysian gov OK'd Lynas for building the plant there, and even after the AELB and the IAEA gave the plant a safe rating, there are still delays to the issue of the TOL, based on airy-fairy stuff, IMO.
I don't understand why a country professing a wish to be in the forefront of RE production seems to do so little to expedite the process.
What if something negative comes out of the symposium, will have another enquiry with delays?. That would be par for the course.
