NC already announced that the industrial quality samples won't be ready until the end of February, to be shipped to potential customers. Then it can take from 2 weeks to two months to get confirmation of quality and contracts from customers.
Confirmed contracts are what will move the stock UP! Everyone is just fooling around until then!
