    If you consider that Haggan is very low density population in an area of swamp and forest, and I mean this with the up most respect.

    As such , I suspect that municipality rights may be limited to not applicable, due to the lack of volume/proximity, if you check google earth you will only see a handful of farmers with a few clusters scattered within a vast area.

    Also, Aura was granted an exploration license at a cost. It is therefore reasonable to assume that if the exploration were successful Aura would want to lawfully and environmently proceed with the mining of the area.

    I would expect the government and municipalities wanting to be seen as reasonably fair, especially if Aura’s proposal is environmentaly sound and compliant with local demands.

    Any other way could possibly lead to disrepute and legal exposures.
