Lots of down ramping and people focussing on things outside of the companies control. Funds have been raised at 22c. Only a matter of time and it will be back above the placement price. Right Space - Right timing - Just patience required.
It looks like its being accumulated today.
Wouldn't be surprised with a bit of positive news the price breaks through 20c.
