Shorts are keeping the SP down. Over 50% short trades last 2 sessions on NAS.
Of interest is the amount of selling the Instos have been doing and so it's no wonder the SP is down.
Apart from anything else they sell for tax reasons at end of year.
With the new shares issue the Instos now hold about 22% and so it will be good for SP when they rebuild their holdings.
I was under whelmed about the ann, because it's more of the same, with no indication of production.
It will be interesting to know who OrbiMed has tapped on the shoulder, but I wouldn't mind if it was AS, but the CFO was also involved with the Discovery loan.
As for being 'tapped on the shoulder, Orbimed has a lot to answer for and now its Strategic partner has signed up they decide to support UNIS properly, by removing those junk earnings milestones, when they are experienced in financing start up companies.
For a measly $7 mil they forced UNIS to its knees, at a time when negotiations were taking place between their strategic partner Amgen) and UNIS, resulting in the Discovery Loan.
I wonder if they were threatening UNIS with foreclosure at the time.
Anyway, when the management changes are made and a proper disclosure of production plans and equipment installed- then UNIS will move ahead.
Now -We Wait- until the end of March for a new beginning.
One thing about the MS review and the extensions- it moved the calendar 6 months forward, allowing production to grow, so that now we should get some proper figures and estimates.
