Reason why Warro3 is a given
Zones 6 / 7 / 8 are expected to produce more than 4mmcfd by themselves.
Therefore commercial.
Water free is assured - as per previous post.
Zone 7/8 have similar permeability to zone 6 - and the net pay area is known - zone 6 has EXTENDED testing - so the expectations are very educated.
This thing is basically proven already - the dots are there - just connect them.
