I agree. As someone who has had to go through as many announcements as possible recently, I've found they have been very thorough with their announcements. No bulldust, just say it as it is. No unnecessary expectations means when (if) this resource comes to fruition, the share price will move very hard as there will be little overhang.
If the flow rates are proven to be commercial, then as a speculative moving to potential production, based on other company marketcaps, it has to easily be able to hit between $60mill - $100mill marketcap. Fully diluted its currently $30mill.
