BGL hit an intraday high today of 23.5 cents. The last time it traded above 23.5 cents was in late April of 2006, some
5 years ago, just after listing. While not calling today a break-out, the recent higher volumes bodes well for BGL and I expect a move to 25 cents in the near term.
