The only reason the onshore resource is shrinking is because they havent been actively drilling it out for quite a while yet. There is potential for 450Mt onshore if you go thru published geo reports for the island, it just needs the money and time. At this stage they still have a 50 year mine life, so no great rush needed. So why would they bother trying to dredge it up from under metres of croc infested sea water?
