One other thing to remember, when shares are shorted heavily, like CAJ seems to be at the moment, then the shorters also have the stop losses set above the share price. When the tide reverses and those stop losses trigger and they start buying to cover, it will have an amplifying effect to the share price going up. We may soon witness a quick and sharp bounce back into 20's
