On an earlier posting, when the share price was around 30 cents, i thought a fair price for CAJ would be around 17 cents. Looking at the events of the last week, the financial results and the throwing away of 15 million smackers on a software program that in the long term will not make a scrap of difference to radiologist productivity, i doubt that this company has any value at all. I doubt they will be able to service their debt. The winners will be the radiologists who sold their practices to CAJ at a premium. Those radiologists probably could not believe their luck. They will be buying those same practices back at a fraction of the amount that CAJ paid for them. CAJ should have paid a combination of cash and scrip, with the shares in escrow for some 5 years to keep the radiologists skin in the game. It is a classic example of people buying a business without any real understanding of the drivers of that business.
