I agree, these MRI machine can be used 10+ years.
My friend told me operating these machines are very simple however you need a licence to operate it hence CAJ bought 5 new licences recently. He had to complete his Master Degree to get this licence so it is not simple.

It also come down to cost saving by reduce time for radiologists to exam x-rays.
I am anticipated Enlitic will be in used shortly.
CAJ is expanding rapidly to gain market share and to kill smaller practices.

By the way, it is not simple to open a private practice as the capital investment is huge. 1 or 2 people practice wont survive as MRI machine cost in million.
