What investor in their right mind would want to start a new business in this space? Government will continue to put this sector under pressure for the foreseeable future with funding pressures. CAJ management are looking ahead and trying to increase efficiencies and target markets with recent investment in imaging artificial intelligence software company. This is effectively what the governments worldwide are pushing imaging diagnostic companies to do; become more efficient with tax payer's $$. The fittest will survive and prosper.
