When NT is awarded, just be very wary of the pump and dump, because I think it is already factored into sp (Good st trade). NT will happen, even if not this time. If not this time it's because someone is asking for too much or being grossly opportunistic. It's always entertaining to see or listen to the reasoning or 'justification', gee wiz, haha. PS, it must be dole day or something today as everybody is certainly out and about..., kill me.
