YES, Extract is special.
Why ?

Because, their sister is called KAH, which is run mainly by the same group of people.
KAH will share in the taffing/equipment/operating/extracting and milling costs, therefore the cost to EXT is half.

And EXT will obtain 100% of the U from such an operation.
KAH obtain the other minerals on most leases.

EXT has far better potential in their leases than PDN.
EXT has all their leases in a kind of semi circle to a common location.

Where as PDN 's leases are all over Africa.
