    Good for you, I feel the same way as you and moonlight.
    There is no factual evidence of the BOD not looking after what they are paid to look after.
    There has been some sledging by a few but no facts, mostly gossip.

    And if there was a new BOD who would they be??

    I am happy with what we have and the work they are doing and will not be voting them out.
