I know you've seen it all before in the past but why so convinced this time ? The more I think about it the more raising cash at this point makes less sense. They had over $4M cash at start of this month & previous Q burn was only $1.3M - they can easily carry through to MM Phase II data so why would they move early when they could easily move for cash at multiples of current price.
