Long term holders

We would expect the stock to open at the 20 day average or there abouts.
What has changed... a new holder has picked up 8% of our stock in exchange for strategic influence (hopefully).
...A small public offering has been massively over subscribed.
Some short term restrictions have been put in place to subdue volatility.

In the ideal scenario we will see some profit taking by short term traders. Corner stone investors are not putting up $50M to make 5 or 10%.

A series of orchestrated announcements indicating successful completions on some of the outstanding projects (S the H) and a sustainable improvement in the price over 6 to 12 months.

None of this is guaranteed. But this is where the strategy is aimed.

It also occurs to me that our cornerstone investors and Abramovitch will be more influential in this part of the world.
