I think I may have said this before but the Singapore boarder is not one of KKLS. All the others are. The operator there is supposed to have installed RFID however despite promising to the Government of Malaysia for 18 months that they will get it to work they have not.
I talked to a Singaporean friend of mine today and he told that Singaporeans have to buy Malaysian touch and go cards to pay the charge.
