so what are you saying......they have a history of over promising then failing to deliver.
I suppose you could be right based on the SP performance.
you say prior to reaching 4.7 cps they had traded as high as $1.80.
In recent decades they have traded as high as $4.90 now down to 9 cps.
You may have a valid point.
