"Share consolidation may bring some stability to EXT"

if you look at its weekly price chart, its share price has been fairly stable (in dollar term; in percentage term it ocilates about 10% which is not that volatile for a small cap speculative stock) since about mid May 06. Its 26 Week EMA has been almost flat from that point, with a slight curve up from end of Oct 06 but that move up seems to have stalled with some near term downward pressure.

nevertheless, there is enough in its ATR for traders to play in.

besides the effect of the proposed consolidation and the proposed purchase of KAL's 49% interest, the thing that is really going to move its sp will be the next few news releases. If they are not exceptional, the sp will linger on where it is. If they not within market's expectation, we can expect some selling pressure.

The market does not seem to believe in the EXT story at the moment. If it does, buying pressure from smart money would already have overcome traders speculative plays and pushed its sp up quite sibstantially, especially in the context of what has been happening currently to other u stocks.

"True believers" obviously have nothing to worry about. Non true believers will watch market sentiment and act accordingly to protect capital/profit.

I give due respect to market's collective wisdom, as reflected in a stock's Close.
