Geez I hope Chengde are still around. Especially after all this time and hoping. But did the HoA specify funding for purchasing Balla Balla? Maybe what lamb means is that they are searching for more funding to sell off the other 30%?
Well last time MD came back from China it was all bells and whistles, I think no doubt they went there to sign all the documents. DYOR
