Vmonster - they have an option over the project .... and i believe about 6 months left to exercise it. If (and by that i mean when ;)) they actually buy/own the project, I believe the market will substantially re-rate them.
Chenge is providing the offtake - but i as of now - they are not financing the purchase of the tenement.
