I am trying to temper my impatience too, but HF does not speculate as to what the effects of delays are also on the culture of the project. To engineer a successful project, a consistent, steady approach is needed. To retain good contractors from the start and from the top is essential. I have seen many projects go pear shaped through poor time management. In fact I have been burnt on an Fe forum before by suggesting how important this is for success. Certainly the evidence is that AIM do not manage schedule too well.
It is clear that JQ is close to the action and may well be able to comment on the 'perception' of the Company from a Contractor's perspective. I suspect some more recent posters are v.close to the action.
IMO, a healthy project management and development culture is essential - I have always been wary of AIM's scorecard and will be leaving the party before midnight after I've had my couple of beers.
Caution, not patience IMO.
