Well Mr Cook was the last director to top up on the 16/11 ( vote of confidence by directors for all to see ) which was two weeks ago tomorrow, the Quadrant/ STO sale is approved and finalised, they are now free to move with more confidence, and as for the oil price, as someone here has already pointed out, that should have a positive impact on the market by reducing costs across the world, so confidence should improve, so Imho that shouldn’t be affecting any serious investors in Cvn half as much as the potential news flow to come , if people are selling then someone else is getting a bargain.
