yes it did fail - it weakens the technical picture - more so if it lingers here or goes even lower. An immediate positive response is what is needed from here - as in next week if all is to be forgiven !! The only positive I see from the AGM is that on a couple of fronts they have set a 6 month timeline to bring on commercial partners. They have never set time frames before. Yet whether they succeed in meeting them is a completely different matter. Show me the money !!! E.
