I think you need to learn about the concept of opportunity cost and the time value of money! you could have put that money into a bank 10 yrs and got some 6% return instead of f*ck all from GGY. Anyway, don't mean to criticise cos i did hold GGY for some time and see potential growth in the company but there are many other alternatives also available
