Need a new subject title to brighten up our outlook. The last annual report showed the main 3 shareholders at 17/9/08 were :

Morgan 8.217. Total 122m
Currently based on last available information holdings are:
Carr 52.1 m
Link 19.257886
Morgan 9.959 Total 121.5m
Between 15/10/08- 17/4/09 Morgan purchased 2.157m shares
after decreasing holdings earlier. The .5m differential is due to buybacks last advice Feb 09.
One needs to ask what has changed -
1/ None of the top 3 shareholders has reduced in actual fact Link and Morgan have increased.
2/ If their was any serious problem would Link and Morgan
retained current positions.
3/ The general market has increased significantly over the past few months and it could well be that impatient holders
in CRK are looking for more immediate returns.
4/CRK still have significant cash resources to facilitate further exploration/drilling results.
5/CRK need to reaffirm to shareholders their aims and future plans in detail which hopefully would create more market interest.
