My guess is that we will get the "patient recruitment has begun" announcement very shortly. Only have 17 days to go thos month and I suspect NEU will stick to their timetable for development.
Just had another peek at www.clinicaltrials.gov and saw the below Phase I trial for Neuren's NZZ-2566 has begun patient recruitment in March already, something I had not noticed before;

Would expect the Phase II recruitment for TBI can not be far away.
