I'm not sure of what you mean by VA. Spare parts for external powering of heart devices maybe required. If Ventracor is defunct soon where do spare parts come from. I've tried to get spare parts for equipment built by a broke company and when all spare parts are gone the equipment is useless and if you're on a vital heart assist machine you die or get put on another which may not be possible. Right now you cannot get spare parts from a lot of companies gone broke. It was sickening to read the administrator's report on the saveventracor site where this was not addressed properly.
