Buy on the rumor and sell on the fact.
I sold on the open as clearly with limited future news and likely CR down the tracks the SP is more likely to drop than rise.
It is however always possible that a major deal be it farm out or even takeover bid could happen before a CR is required, that's the beauty of the stock market as nobody knows (apart from the insiders of course).
