They have $14mil cash. They claim $9mil will cover J51(nopw J52) and NWZ2, plus a few other expenses.
That leaves $5mil cash to fund J51, which will cost $6mil. So, give or take they might be able to stretch and get all 3 completed. The will surely have some revenue to boost the cash.
